Łukasiewicz – PORT joined the National Vaccination Program, launching a COVID-19 vaccination point.

Registration:

From May 10, 2021, all adults may register for vaccination against COVID-19.

From June 7, 2021, it is possible to register for COVID-19 vaccination adolescents from the age of 12. Minors receive only Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine.

One can register for vaccination:

• electronically via the website: https://www.gov.pl/web/szczepimysie,
• via the nationwide (free and 24/7) helpline of the National Health Fund at 989,
• via the helpline of the Łukasiewicz – PORT vaccination point at 71 734 74 00, from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Our vaccination point situates on the Pracze Campus (147 Stabłowicka Street). Please follow the signs pointing to the place.

Getting to the vaccination point:

• by train to the station Wrocław – Pracze,
• by bus lines 101 and 103 (Pracze Odrzańskie – Railway Station stop),
• by car – free parking is available on site.
